Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped via USPS. We offer FREE Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $85.  

Since all of our products are finely handcrafted to order, please allow up to 9 business days production time on your order prior to shipment.  

Estimated shipment times are as follows:

GROUND ADVANTAGE  2-5 Business Days

PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 Business Days

PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL Next-Day to 2 Days

As soon as your order has shipped we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number.  

Koosa Karis is not responsible for any incorrect shipping address information provided by the customer.  Should the customer's order be returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address inputted into our checkout page by the customer, new shipping charges for a second shipment attempt may be incurred by the customer.

Once we have received confirmation from the mail carrier that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, any order lost or stolen after delivery is not our responsibility.
