Refund policy

All of our products are finely handcrafted to order and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.  We want you to be very happy with your Koosa Karis purchase!  

Please contact us if your order does not meet your expectations.  

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns on products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receipt of your order.    

To be eligible for refund, the item(s) you are returning must meet the following requirements:

- Item must be in the same condition in which you received it.  It must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. 

- The original tags must still be attached to the item. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend shipping your return using a trackable method.  Koosa Karis is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.  

Once we have received your return and it has been approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days but it may take your bank longer than 5 days to reflect the refund on your bank statement.  

Koosa Karis reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet our Return Policy requirements.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via this form will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time unless it is in regards to a Gift Certificate. To  exchange a product purchased with a Gift certificate for a different size, please message us here: https://www.koosakaris.com/pages/start-a-return . Gift Certificate holder is responsible for the return shipping charges on exchanges.  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the unlikely case that your order arrives to you damaged/defective or you have received the wrong product(s) in error, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order via this form (click on link).  Please include your order number. https://www.koosakaris.com/pages/start-a-return

You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged/defective item. We are committed to resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.
